My approach
I offer a semi-directive approach to counseling, based on the Dynamic Method of Human Relations (MDRH), recognized for its effectiveness in therapeutic support.
This method allows for in-depth work on everyday challenges that cause stress, anxiety, discomfort, or relational conflicts.
It helps clients better understand their reactions, break out of repetitive patterns, and reconnect with their inner resources.
Focused on the client's overall well-being, my therapeutic approach supports a process of self-actualization.
The counseling relationship offers a safe, non-judgmental space where each person can freely explore their emotions and move toward lasting well-being.
Supporting a person in their emotionnal experience is a great responsibility.
Supporting a person through their life experiences is a profound responsibility. This is why I believe that quality therapeutic support is based on solid training, solid ethics, and a constant commitment to humankind.
Through my experience in counseling and relationship coaching, I have acquired a deep understanding of how human beings function, both emotionally and relationally.
I possess the essential skills to sensitively guide individuals and couples on their journey, while respecting their pace and values.
My personal journey has also allowed me to live in harmony with my life choices, cultivating a balance between my personal development and my professional practice.
I am certified by the RITMA GROUP, an association recognized for its rigorous supervision, which guarantees clients quality professional services while ensuring therapists' ethical and regulatory credibility.
